What to expect

When you reach out, we schedule an initial consultation to discuss your energy needs and property specifications. This conversation typically lasts 20-30 minutes.

Following the consultation, we conduct a site assessment if you're within our standard service areas. For remote locations, we can work with satellite imagery and photos you provide.

Within three business days of the site assessment, you receive a detailed proposal including system design, equipment specifications, projected energy production, and total investment breakdown.

Before contacting us

Having the following information ready helps us provide accurate recommendations:

• Your most recent electricity bills (three months preferred)
• Property address
• Approximate roof age and material
• Whether you're interested in battery storage
• Any specific timeline requirements

Response priority

Inquiries are handled in the order received. Commercial projects requiring detailed engineering analysis may take additional time for proposal preparation. We communicate expected response times when requests involve complex assessments.
